They offer discounted promotional items, take your money, then decide that they don't want to sell the stock to you and "return" it. They claim they don't have stock, but there is plenty in-store, and they are still selling the same items at the original price online. But they expect you to buy the intelligence-insulting garbage that stock was "insufficient" or "damaged." Whom do they think they're fooling? They clearly have no concern for their reputation.

In this situation, you have two parties that agreed to a transaction, the transaction was completed, the money accepted (and still with them). Then they decide that, even though they have stock, they've changed their mind about selling it at that price.

This is a clear breach of a legal contract, so, in addition to legal proceedings against them, I would advise everyone to steer clear of any attractive-looking Totalsports promotions. They are ******** who cynically use promotions to draw attention, and take your money, without any intention to actually sell you the product.
