Black Friday ****!!!
I successfully placed an order on the totalsports website on Black Friday, but now my order has been cancelled without delivery??? How is that ok??? According to your agent on the phone, this is because when I placed the order, some people were also placing the same order? How is that my problem? Your systems should be consistently checking inventory before accepting any orders. Otherwise you have no business running an online store. A REFUND IS NOT GOING TO FIX THIS, I WANT THE KAIZER CHIEFS JERSEY I ORDERED! Normal price for the jersey is R799 so how is a R150 refund ok??
