Black Friday deal a ****
We bought shoes on the buy 3 get the cheapest one free, our order went through and we made payment. Problem starts when the tfg group sent us a message stating they can’t source the shoes we ordered. Why would you put shoes u don’t have on promotion. Personally I feel the website should have indicated they are out of stock. Instead of false hope . I would like to receive my order as is and not the refund p***

Unfortunately the website had a high number of customers shopping. the promotion over Black Friday & the site may take a few minutes / hours to update with stock on hand. This does mean that out of stock items may still show for a short period while the site updated, resulting in a customer being able to order the item when it is in fact sold out. As the item is sold out, we have no option but to cancel the order & issue a full refund.
Unfortunately as the item is sold out & the refund process started, we are unable to assist with sending of the item. We apologise for the inconvenience & are working to improve our online site.
