BIRTHDAY GIFT RUINED
I have been trying to get a sneaker from one branch (Mall @ Carnival) to another(Boulders Shopping Centre) for the past 5 days. However the number for Carnival Mall ***) seems to either be incorrect or they are not bothered with answering it. I've received feedback from Mahlatsi a lady from the Midrand branch who has also tried to contact her colleagues to no avail. I'm definetely not bothering with the Customer Care line that I called and explained the same thing 6 times only to have the call cut off by them time and time again. TFG is definetely not getting any business from me going forth. I'LL LOOK FOR GIFTS ELSEWHERE
