billing cell insurance that was supposed to cancel
i bought a phone in octobet 2014 which was faulty, i then return it and cancelled the cellphone insurance, only to find out 4months later it was never cancelled, for more then a month i have been messed around by total sport and finrite and no reversal was still not done even tho i have forwarded them proof as well as a statement written by the sales assistant
