best service i ever received

I have made a complaint in hellopeter for total sports store in Westgate and the way Totalsports resolved my query and problem was fantastic ,firstly quick response from Craig the Area Manager and he made it so easy for me to get my item near my house ,and what great service I received from Totalsports Vangate Mall from Sam the store manager and staff Leo ,Tashriqa and Tashriq.They gave me such a customer experience and went the extra mile ,I left there the happy customer .Thanks Craig and Vangate Store
