Being charged for something which I have canceled

I have been canceled my dental insurance with totalsporrs but every month they keep debating it in my statement I'm also being charged a call fee letter fee which both I don't receive I have been try to contact the totalsport trying to get help but failed to do so even went to some few of their outlets with this issue but it seems not to be sloved I can't keep on paying for something which I don't use nor get this is just daylight ****** I'm so joy happier with totalsport
