Bad treatment

Bad treatment. Display of unacceptable attitude. I can't be asked if I have paid for items and to provide proof of payment. I bought ten items and only received 6 and when I tracked where could the other 4 be, the headoffice helped me and said to go collect from the store. Been there several times with no success and I now feel the headoffice is also not helping. I don't like being treated like no one, I have paid for these items if they can't give me those then they should simply refund me
