Bad Service Totalsport Cresta
I bought an old school vans online on the 20 October 2020 , till today it’s not delivered , I have spoken to 10 people from customer care of TFG no help till this point , contacted the ladies Totalsports in Cresta they still not giving me answers and they not even coming back to me , I am the one using my money calling almost everyday to hear if they is any progress This is bad customer service at the worst I am highly digested and disappointed with the service Now i told i must be refunded and no ne has been communicating with me regarding the decision they have decided to take. Our teams in-store would not be able to assist you, as they are not working with online orders. Please can you DM / PRIVATE MESSAGE us your order number & phone number so that we can look into where your order is.

I will be waiting for a positive response from them, then never do follow ups , I have dealt with about 6 agents from the Tfg customer care no one gives you a prompt response, the only thing they could tell me was that they refund me after waiting for my speakers for almost 3 weeks, i want my pair of sneaker, refund is not an option , please give me prompt feedback today
