Bad service total sport wonderpark

I bought sneakers at total sport wonderpark some days back, today went to do exchange unfortunately what I was looking for the store did not have, I asked for a refund at around 17h30pm but the cashier told me that they don't have cash and I asked to see the manager and I wa told he/she is not available, I was not happy because I did not use cash when buying the shoes I fail to understand why can't the transaction be reversed. I really don't regret canceling my TFG account, concerned customer
