Bad service to my poor Mother

My Mom Sassa card was ****** by his grandson on the 4th went and withdraw the money and went to Total Sports Mafikeng in North West Mall,He bought Hauwei Y5 lite without id but they sold to him,we took him to police for questioning as he is under age he then sad he stole the Sassa card and he bought a phone.i went to Total Sports for refund as that money it's Granny money that she buys food for orphans she is looking after . Please assist me on this .
