BAD SERVICE FROM A SUPERVISOR - CENTURY CITY

On Saturday; I went in to Century City Totalsport to return my takkies which i recently bought. Upon arriving at the store i was assisted by Laa-iqah - Supervisor (as it states on her badge). I showed her my takkies and the problem and showed her the slip. She immediately changed and asked where is my box, i told her on the slip the return policy states nothing about keeping the box so why does she want it, she said the box is my guarantee, i told her the is no such and read the return policy on the slip. she later asked where i bought the takkies and i told her N1 City;rudely she said "then go there mam" and she walked away This is extreme bad service from her and upon arriving at N1 City i was told that she should have assisted me as i still had the till slip I would like Laa-iqah from Century City to go back and do some training on customer service because clearly she missed it particularly for someone that is a supervisor
