Bad service

I bought a bag in December 2024 in Total sport Chris Hani mall

A consultant never asked me about the payment plan and they decided to put 24 month for a 1000 bag why would I pay 1000 over 24 months. Im so disapponted with the service they offered

To the managers please aducate your cashiers to ask customers about payment plans

Makro must also communicate this with their partners or else they going to loose out a lot.
