Bad service

I went to Total Sports church stree pretoria CBD today, i must say..... your stuff needs to fo through customer service training.

You were offline today, we had to stand in a very slow cue to he told that they only taking cash. None of people in store bothered to tell customers in advance nor put up a note.

The careless lady by the till blamed the guy on the floor the guy who was not bothered blamed lady @ till

The manager also was not bothered, we asked for his clarification but he was too busy to see us.

I got the picture am sure you all have made enough profits n my R1000 was not welcomed. Let me keep my money and stay away from your stores.
