bad service, bad attitude, ******

I am disgusted by the service of Total Sport in Greenacres in Port Elizabeth opposite Hungry Lion, I bought a phone for my son there, it gave me a problem within 10 days took it back, I was promised that it will be fixed and they will contact me instead I was the one doing the follow up calls, Every time I go there I am being told stories, the sales lady Chante who is an employee at Total sport told me she went on a course and there was no one to attend to my enquiry, I mean what the hell is that am I supposed to suffer just because she went on a course, I have returned the phone 3 times now it has not been fixed, because all the photos I had before the phone went to repairs are still there including the numbers, I believe if I was a white person I would have been treated with urgency, I then reported the matter to the store manager (Ronaldo) and area manager (Rhonelle) both promised to attend to the matter but they did not, it's been over 2 months now making me to be a fool, the last time I was there both managers spoke Afrikaans so that I won't be able to hear them, you could just see that they are not interested in my complaint,
