Bad service at tygervalley totalsport

I went to buy at total sport tygervalley on 30/11/2022,when i got to the till the lady at the till asked for my id,without asking any further or saying anything,punched in the amount,i told her i want to pay my account first then use my account card to make the purchace.She then started admonishing me saying repeatedly why did you not tell about that and this was said with such a bad attitude and i kept telling i did not say anything i was waiting for her to ask.Her name is Shermone on her name tag.I did not enjoy my experience at all and i doubt i will ever shop there again
