Bad Service at Totalsport Sunnypark Mall

I went to total sports sunnypark. When I arrive there I wait in the queue. Then the man of colour went in front of me to be assisted first. The lady who was assisting us told him that sir this lady is in front let me help her first and then I will help you, the manager shouted from the back and say no the man is in front he has been there, I said to the female manager this man found me here waiting to be assisted. Then the manager was so rude to me and saying but you are here for layby still you are going to wait. I said I know but if am here first I must be asissted they still have to check my slip and get my layby I cannot just wait for everyone to be assisted while waiting. Totalsport, do you train your managers not to treat people Equal, just because I am a black woman and not a man as well. The man of colour came and being assisted in front of me while I was there waiting in the queue just because the manager said so. When it was my turn to be assisted, the manager came to authorize the layby cancelation she did not say a word to me she was so angry like I have done something wrong. Is this how the managers should behave with the customers, not greeting or talking with the customer while helping them. The female manager at sunnypark Totalsport she is so rude and not friendly and always with an angry face. She treats the shop like it's her own home very rude and unprofessional manager.
