Bad service at totalsport

I bought nike sandals but they small.i return to germiston total sport they said they fetch the size somewhere I must come back in 2 day.icome back they said they manager is on his way to fetch it.i went back come back again.still they don't have.i went where I bought the nike.they don't have the size I asked they refund they said the don't have the cash I must come back later.when I come back still they don't have.what a bad service.....
