Bad service and lack of information to some staff members
O. Tuesday 20th November I went to totalsport Potchefstroom at Mooi River mall. I enquired about the new Huawei Fit watch that comes with the Huawei scale together its R2999. The first Lady I spoke with confirmed yes it's on special I went out for 15mins when I return and say I want the watch another lady assisted and completely refused the watch is on special when I told her online it's still on special she refused to check when I asked her to phone head office or inquire. I left because the lady was adamant the scale does not come with the Huawei Fit watch and rude. The least she could have done was double check her assumptions.

I wasn't rude or arrogant to her but when she said "yes I suggest you go get the watch where you say it comes with the scale", then I knew I'm done with totalsport never ever set my in any your stores especially the one in Potch.

27 Oct 2020, 07:06Following the conversation I had with the store Managers one being Ofenste and Zee, they both assured me yes the scale is available with the Huawei Fit watch, I returned back 2 days later and got both the watch and the scale. I'm totally loving the mint green strap and the scale. Thank you to Managers and Area Manager for your assistance much appreciated. The lady also apologized if she had offended it's fine thank you.
