bad service
my shoes pulled loose i live far from klerksdorp and dont go there often this moring i went there and wanted to exchange the shoes they told me it was a few days out of exhange and sorry we will not help you i was in retail my self and know when a customer a customer can be helped this is the worst service i ever experianced from the branch and will never buy from tfg again and as soon as the account is settled i will close it due to unfriendly staff not willing to assist.
