bad service

<p>On the 7th September I went to Total sports in Newcastle Mall wanting tekkies for my son. I was assisted by a lady by the name of Nku. She told me there was no size, then I asked her to order me the right size from their branches. She told me there was a R30 charge for ordering. She told me I can pay at collection cos she was gonna call me in 2 weeks time. Today is the 29th September I haven't heard a word from her. I went to the shop again to enquire about my order of which it transpired that it was never done. When I asked Nku why she didn't do it she responded with attitude. She said she did. Of which you could see on her face that she was not telling the truth. I am so upset about the way she handled me. I am very disappointed</p>
