bad service

<p>i went to totalsports the glen on sunday to order 2 mobicell acelerate wrist bands i was told that it would come from germiston store. i phoned this morning to follow up on my order and was told that they would phone me by 3 pm today and give me feedback which they have not done 2 staff members helped me at the counter on sunday 1 seemed to be a manager unfortunately i never took down names. i tried phoning from 4 pm to find out what is happening with my order nobody answers the phone since i tried phoning today. i want your regional manager to contact me this is an unacceptable problem and i will take further steps against the store and useless staff</p>
