Bad Managerial Skills!!!!

Bought a bounce watch at total sports in Westgate mall, Roodepoort and went to exchange it today due to the watch not working.

The manager at this branch (Mashudu) has a horrible attitude, impatient and has no way of speaking to customers, because I didn't have the box in which the watch came he says I am complicating the situation as he will be questioned and he still needs to have bread everyday, not sure what he was implying or how this was relevant.

He needs to address his colleagues properly as well.

To the lady who was assisting me (Ntombi) , thank you very much for your respect and patience and for calming your manager down and taking control of the situation.

@Totalsports please address this situation as he was very unprofessional and extremely impatient and sarcastically rude! He should not be placed in such a position if he does not know about customer service and how to address people in general including his colleagues, they are not his kids!
