Bad management at Vincent Park

To whom this may concern Absolutely disgusted by your staff members at Totalsport Vincent Park East London. Went into the store yesterday, have no issue and do understand the inconvenience caused by the renovations so that did not bother me. What bothered me is that I was in store with my kids and the manner your store manager if she is the store manager an african lady was talking to the staff and the guys doing the renovations was absolutely uncalled for and rude swearing at them as well. This lady has no regard for customers that are in her store. It sounded like a circus in there. I had to interrupt them and say do you realise that you have customers in your store and that behaviour is unacceptable. That didn't even worry her as she just continued to be loud. She made as if she's the one who hired or is paying for the renovations in that store. Seems she owns that place. Just didn't get a name but I'm sure you will know who it is.... Trust you will treat this in the correct manner and action be taken against her as she definitely do not belong in a customer facing environment Kind regards Rian Swartz ***
