Bad experience with Total Sports Store in Greenacres Port Elizabeth

On Monday the 18th of November I went to Total Sports Store jn Greanacres to purchase a few items. I was assisted by a lovely lady who showed me around with regards to sizes and where I can find the fitting room. After deciding on the items I went straight to the front counter to pay. There were 2 customers before me who were already processing payments with the 2 cashiers in front. When they were done paying I stood in the queue and waited to be called when they were done and to my surprise the 2 cashiers continued chatting and doing other things whilst I was waiting to pay. They didn't pay any attention to me nor ask if they can help, I went out of the store than they looked at me as if they did nothing wrong. This is not the service we expect to receive when we are in a customer service related environment. I'm disappointed
