Bad experience turned around

I had a very horrible experience with Totalsports at a certain branch when I went there with my wife, I, however, went to Cavendish where I then managed to buy what we wanted and address my disappointment with the treatment that me and my wife had received the manager Ayeesha was very helpful and apologetic,I took the matter further with the area manager Gary who was shocked to learn of what had transpired he promised that he was going to address the matter, he then advised the Operations manager Keith of what the grievance was Keith then called me and sent an email, all these managers know how to value a customer which really turned away my anger, frustration and bad experience which I had gone through, I am very happy to say that you guys are excellent with your service to retain my wife and I as clients. Thank you for hearing me out and also having the matter addressed. Your level of service is what will keep me coming back remaining a very faithful client. many thanks
