Bad experience

Very bad experience ever came across at total sport fourways mall, the ladies there they laughing at other customers mocking whispering to one another laughing out loud. Such involvement is not good at all for customer service I don't why they were doing that but anyway I'm not going there anymore I wanted to spend money there. If that's what you guys teach your staff members then you will lose clients
