Bad Experience At Totalsports

Today my boyfriend and I walked into Total Sports Alexander Pan Mall as we walked in she gave us a dirty looks she followed us so my boyfriend asked her why is she following us and she said that she is doing her job we asked her not to follow us and we asked her to search us when we leave she started causing a scene and started swearing at us saying sies we came to ***** and she said you Alexander people who do you think you are you Alexander people are here to ***** only to find out she's a manager her name is Thandiwe she even told us to call head office accused us of coming into the store to ***** so my boyfriend took a video she started swearing at us waving her hands in my boyfriends face and at one point she hit my boyfriends phone we even have a video as proof . Is this how Total Sports staff conduct themselves and is this how people are treated especially by a manager what kind of example is she setting for her colleagues so totalsports manager Thandiwe is rude she walked around with arrogance with her hands in her pocket she is rude and disrespectful if she does not like her job then she shouldn't be there at all the level of disrespect we were actually there to buy but ended up leaving. Because we live in Alexander does that mean we ***** there were 10 to 15 people in the store we literally had takeaways we had just bought and a bag that you can't even fit a t-shirt since well she claimed we were there to *****. We will be taking this further this will not end here.
