Bad Customer Service Totalsports Tygervalley

My friend was always complaining about the poor service she and her husband received at totalsports tygervalley. I went to do my shopping on sunday and saw your new store thinking that my experience would be different.. But no it wasnt..to my disgrace it was bad.. Are your employees happy? Do your employees not know about greeting your customer? I was working in retail when i started working and as per my belief that is one of the first things you do when a customer enter. I can remember how the bosses used to hammered it in our heads.. What are you doing about it totalsports?you've lost a few customers already and i guess your staff is your staff in store is the best point of attraction to gain customers
