BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have made an online purchase for Puma sneakers for my son on the 14 October 2021 . He only wore them twice, the third time when he was suppose to wear them I noticed that in the front of the sneaker its glue its coming off, it looked like a manufacturering faulty, fine to cut a long story short , I went to Totalsport at Mamelodi Crossing on the 4/11/2021 to return the shoes only to realise I forgot the shoe box, fine I explained why I was there, the manager by the name of Patricia told me she cant assist me today since well I dont the have a box for the shoes, that I understood what I had an issue with is what she said after that to me with an attitude that she wont refund me because I bought the shoes online and they are a damage. Today I went back again with a box included I told her to call your online customer service because I made a call to them a previous day they told me I should go back to the store and tell the manager to call them so that I can be assisted with a refund. So while I was in the store I told the manager to call online customer support center she spoke to a guy by the name of Sthembiso what I could not believe is what the manager imp**** when speaking to Sthembiso is that the damage to the sneaker could possibly be my fault and she gave me an attitude through out the whole process she told me that she wont give a refund I must buy something else as I did not buy the Item in their store . She went as far as I was using her pen to write the details I was been given when I was speaking with Sthembiso on the phone, I gave her the pen back she took the pen with a look of disgust and put the pen on the counter and sprayed the pen with sanitizer right there in front of me like I am disgusting, I know we have a civid situation but how dare she make me fell like **** looking at me like I have a deases, and I asked her why she did that she looked at me and said "you are just looking for a fight with me" and I told her that what she did its sooo ****en wrong and she doesn't deserve to manager that place with such disgusting attitude towards customers. She will take that store down , omw how she made feel to today I will never forget her. What a monster she had no respect what so ever for me at all. Fix this as it will tarnish your business and I WANT MY REFUND I WILL NOT BE TREATED LIKE DIRTY WHILE I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER.

I got an email stating that my query has be resolved and I dont understand who resolved it because I havent been assisted at all .
