Bad customer service experience

On Sunday the 26th I went to Totalsports Denlyn in Mamelodi to return a shoe I've purchased in Menlyn. As i was walking into the store there was this lady standing next to the checkout points, she stopped doing whatever she was doing looking at me as I approaching the checkpoint. She then asked me if I was returning and where I bought the shoe and also asked if if i bought it cash or on account. As I was telling her that I bought with a bankcard she immediately said they don't have cashand they won't be able to return it. The store manager went pass she called him and told him what was happening, without any willingness to assist me he also said there no cash as he was disappearing to the back of the store. They didn't even give options to return it back to my card or exchange it for something else or even give a voucher for it nothing. It was a disappointing experience, no customer service skills no willingness to help nothing.
