Bad Customer Service at Totalsports in Sandton City Mall

I have experienced such bad customer service at the cashier of Totalsports in Sandton City Mall. I waited in line for 15 minutes with no one in front in of me except the guy buying a phone and he was occupied with one of the cashiers. Nobody else assisted and when i asked if there was only one till available, the lady assisting the guy with his phone advised that she's called someone to assist but they are all on lunch. after 10 minutes of waiting again, i eventually left the shirt and walked out. quite poor service.
