Bad customer service at its best

I ordered items online and requested that they be delivered at Markham's in Sammy Mark's Pretoria. On the 26 October 2020ni received an SMS indicating that my order has been delivered at Total sports I church street.

Then I went there I was assisted by a guy called Mandla. He was all over the place not knowing what he was doing. Eventually they told me that my order has not arrived. I then call tfg customer care. A lady who assisted me confirmed that my order was received by a lady called Siza. I went back to the store and enquired from her. She denied receiving my order. I called tfg customer care again and that least they could say was that they will email the branch. After two hours, when I had already left town I got a call from the Siza lying to me that she had just received my order.

Service at that store is bad and they are rude to customers. I don't wish to get my foot at that branch again. It pathetic
