bad customer service

Totalsports Sammy marks ,has got the worst service that I have ever experianced as a paying customer ,I orded a Parcel and I had to call them to find out if my Parcel is there whereas I should have been sent an sms to alert me that the parcel has arrived ,the staff is *********** and unprofessional ,telling me that they closed at quater to 6 when trading hours were saying until six. I even called the courier company to ask where the parcel is and they confirmed that is was delivered yet the employees of Totalsports sammy marks pretoria did not load it .bad service i will not recommend this branch ever again
