Bad Customer Service

Today, I purchased Adidas sneakers. I possessed an R500,00 gift card from Brooklyn Mall. I informed the salesman that I would be using the account balance and the voucher. He used the voucher, however the ridiculously high account balance is not allowed by the system. The Total Sport system is ridiculous, but perhaps the amount will be refunded back into the gift card. My gift card was there for me to use.
