Bad Customer service
What a bad attitude from what so called a manager in Totalsports shop 89 New Muckleneuk. All I wanted was to exchange the shoes to take a smaller size, the woman start addressing me with Zulu and kindly ask her to speak English as I didn't understand what she was saying. That manager has a bad attitude.
