Bad customer experience

Total sports manager at the Dobsonville Mall is unprofessional and doesn't know what customer experience is about , his name is Thabiso. Yesterday we went to the store and there was one store advisor who was busy helping a client and the store manager just stood by the door and let us wait for a long time and didn't even offer assistance infact we had to wait for the guy to finish with the client and then come attend to us and when I asked for his name and surname he was hesitant to provide the information.
