Bad customer experience

Hi I purchase a pair of Puma karmen shoes at Totalsports Segonyana mall in Kuruman on the 31st of December using my account. Today the 14th of Jan went back to exchange the shoes as they are not comfortable. I was assisted well up until the manager was called to Authorize and she came and refused to Authorize saying the shoes was worn.Yes I did wear the shoes for 15 minutes when I get home that's when I realized they are not comfortable.The manager came and refused to authorize and said to the cashier they are not going to take the shoes back and she walked away without even saying any word to me while I was standing there.The cashier just said the Manager has spoken there's nothing she can do.I honestly felt like a fool i wouldn't take the shoes that are in a bad condition to return them back .The shoes are clean and the box is there with price on it including the slip and I am not looking for refund I wanted to exchange for comfortable shoes. The shopping experience was very bad what made it worse was when the manager walks away while I'm standing in front of her as a customer.
