Bad bad service

I called Totalsports Orkney on the 16th Dec to enquire about a sneaker and i was told they’ve got 2 in stock. When i went there on the 17th i was told their manager has reserved those 2 for himself and his brother. As a customer i feel my right wqs deprived because they were not bought yet, just reserved at the back. The staff is not helpful at all, Xoliswa couldn't even try to get us those sneakers at the back! Wow, i would not recommend this branch to anyone, it’s useless!!
