Bad bad poor poor service

What a poor customer service that i recieved at Total sport Heiderand Mall in Mossel bay . I went ther to cancel a laybye that i have made on the 5th of October so i went to sales assistant named Shanna then she told me she cannot assist because i will be wasting their paper and creating a lot of work for them .let me tell you somethin , i also work as a cashier so i knw my rights. So i asked to speak to the Manager they said he was out asked them to call him they did not do that few minutes later he came i spoke to him then he assisted me but in the process sales assistant were making fun of me so i just wanna say Thank you for bad service that you give to your customers i wil make sure i tell everyone not to make use of your store as i have seen you are making a joke of black people and i am also gonna send this massage to Mosselbay advertiser(NEWS PAPER).
