Bad attitude at the till

On 31 October 2015 at 12:46 i was paying for 2 T shirts and a guy by the name of Sifiso was assisting at the Till. He did not greet and i paid by card(debit) and when i had to sign the slip he practically threw the slip at me and i asked him to not throw the slip at me he scoffed at me and said i am the one who is seeing that he is throwing the slip at me. He is trying to hurry as there are many cuatomers to serve. I basically left the store telling him to drop the bad attitude. At the front of the store there was a sign that said that if one spends R750 or more on ladies apparel and had the rewards card they would get R150 and i spent R758.00 on 2 nike t-shirts(i have a slip as well as the rewards card) and did not get the R150 and i could not ask this Sifiso guy for clarity as he ckearly had no time to assist us customers. Please train tour staff on custimer service.
