Bad Attitude and Horrible Customer Service

I have worked in retail for many years under Edcon . Yesterday i walked into a Total sport Shop around 20:30 in O R Thambo an received the most horrible customer service ever. The gentlemen that was on the floor was rude and when i have tried speaking to him, he gave me a terrible attitude. Then i have asked him why is he so rude. The gentlemen tells me that he is rude to me because i did not great him as i walked into his shop. Working in retail i have learnt that a customer is priority and staff are to make them feel as welcome as possible by greeting and ensuring that the customers needs are met. he had an attitude and starting speaking back at me telling me ****!!! This is unacceptable no customer deserves to be treated like this. I always shop at the Total Sport at gateway for many years and have always been treated with the best customer service.

The guy that is working there really needs to be trained on how to greet customers and how to treat people. The customer service at Total Sport O R Thambo is horrible i'm a very disappointed customer.
