Bad Attitude

I have experienced a bad service at Totalsports Maponya Mall from Kgosi the manager of the store and his assistant Kutloano, the incident happened on the 13th of December till date I haven’t received feedback instead I get a poor service from them, me as a customer I have been consistently going to their store they don’t even bother or willing to meet me half way, what the manager said is that my card which I used to pay goods for is not valid in other words I am committing *****?? I am very disappointed I explained to them prior that I need my goods before Christmas today is the 23 and I don’t see that happening because you can see that they are less interested even when I get to their store they get irritated why not give whats mine and not bother you again!!!
