Bad Ass Service

Good day

I was at TotalSports Eastrand Mall this afternoon wanted to buy a shoe Star Runner and as a staff member I had my discount paper with me so Store Assistant *Bravo* had to come and authorize but he took his own time I waited close to 30min for him to authorize and he didn't pitch up everyone in store went to go call him at the back not knowing what he was doing because he didnt even say he was a bit busy I was gonna wait but for some reason I don't know he didn't come and as far as I know I am entitled to my staff discount to any TFG store so I just don't know what was his problem I just need this to be dealt with cause the service he gave me I hope and wish that he doesn't do it to customers I believe that was so rude of him taking me for granted because I am a staff member I am really disappointed I'm part of this company and I don't treat customers this way its totally wrong
