Bad and Slow Customer Service

I was at Totalsports in Sam Ntuli, there were 3 employees working and there was only 1 employee assisting customers on a queue. Other employees were not assisting other customers I waited in a line for more than 20 minutes and I was number 2 in a line, their service is bad and very slow.
