Bad advertising
On their website they say have size 11-12 Man United kids shirts in stock. Place the order. Make payment. 2 days later get told not in stock, reversal of payment. Why put it on your website if you dont have stock? Very disappointed.

Our online store is linked to available stock within the stores, however the system does also include damaged or dirty stock that we are not able to send out. If an item is not at its best quality we unfortunately do have to cancel the order & issue a refund. We understand that this causes a massive inconvenience & are currently working on a new system to improve this.
