Awful service

Good morning

I was there to finish my account application, so I went in store(Totalsports at Cresta Shopping center) I asked to sign some forms and I asked what was I signing for and asked for clarification and asked how does your account work, the lady tried explaining, but I could pick up that she has no idea or doesn't have enough knowledge on what she's saying to me, because when I read the Terms and conditions said some completely different from what she said to me😒.

Other customers kept on coming to pay their accounts as well, and I must say there is no customer service at all at that store 😒 customers were not greated, they being told(not even asked) to swipe their cards and asked how much are they paying. As we standing there as customers your consultants were busy their own conversations about some Whatsapp group and dancing to their loud music as if there are no customers in store. After standing there for 40mins, I asked there lady if I asked lady if she was able to redeem my voucher and she gave me attitude telling me that I didn't tell her and that she can't do it.
