Awesome customer service

I phoned the Totalsports branch in Paarl to ask about a certain pair of trainers. Their response was 'sorry madam, we don't have that trainer in stock'. I phoned the branch in Bredasdorp and spoke to Leethan. He assured me that he will look for the specific pair of trainers at other branches and will let me know asap it arrived at the store. Within a week he phoned me and informed me that he ordered 2 different pairs and I can come and choose which one I would prefer. I was absolutely surprised with his assistance and customer care. Both branches in Paarl can certainly learn from Leethan. Thanks so much for your effort in ordering the Asics Nimbus 19 (pink and black). I really do appreciate your effort!!! Thanks so much. N. Horn
