Atrocious

Never have I been met with such atrocious manners by staff ( store manager in particular) at Totalsports @ Tablebay Mall, who refused to assist me in returning items and instructed me to go back and fetch receipt. I tried to explain that it was bought on my account and they could easily retrieve pop from the records - yet still unwilling to assist and absolute no regard for me as a customer. I have never had this issue at any other store - in fact every store was willing to assist in such situations. No goodbye or apologies either when I left the store
