Arrogant manager

So today I walk into a Totalsports store in Shelly Beach to collect my lay buy. At the point of sale was the most unfriendly lady, who did not even look at me as I greeted. She did not even respond but kept doing what she was doing. The same thing happened when a young boy came to pay for some shoes, this lady ignored him too. I later found out that she is in fact the manager of that store. Her attitude was rather reprehensible to say the least, a whole manager acting like that? How did she even get that position is beyond me.
